About Your Role Manufacturing System Development and Implementation (30%) Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing systems, assembly lines, methods, process sheets, standards, and operator instructions. Recommend improvements to achieve quality, cost, and cycle‑time goals and assist in cost‑reduction projects. Coordinate and implement ECO/ERN changes. Analyze and control capabilities; implement changes for increased capacity. Review product information to define manufacturing systems, including equipment, materials, cycle times, balancing, ergonomics, and safety. Interpret schematic diagrams and verify performance/functionality in the field. Attend equipment releases or tool provider meetings; propose and justify product or process improvements. Coordinate and monitor the three phases of releases; document and control transfer checklists and release processes. Develop and establish manufacturing process flow. Test and evaluate prototypes of new models. Perform any additional activities assigned by the supervisor. Coordination of Working Groups for Assigned Projects (30%) Manage samples requirement engineering. Develop flow diagrams, Process FMEA, and support the development of CPs. Create visual aids, Process, Operation, Maintenance Routines, and training materials for supervisors and technical staff. Perform reverse engineering applications. Develop KPIs for releasing new projects. Recommend updates for new products and analyze efficiency, productivity, OEE, and downtime. Identify activities required to enhance production of products. Provide technical assistance for improvement and problem‑solving. Support Production Lines New Releases (20%) Prepare documents to facilitate product manufacturing, including letters of process, visual aids, work instructions, and operating manuals. Analyze and eliminate flaws in the process. Apply lessons learned to new product development to prevent recurrence. Answer Documents Issued by Customers and Provide Preventive, Corrective Actions (5%) Fill quality system records related to the function. Respond to corrective actions from ISO internal audits and external systems. Understand and implement quality, environmental, and safety policies. Generate deviations where applicable and manufacturing tasks to prevent recurrence. Develop PCNs when deviations are necessary. Coordinate, Implement, and Train at Different Levels (15%) Coordinate transfer of equipment between plants. Develop staff training and administration. Participate in training, meetings, and audits as assigned. Build and maintain a strong departmental relationship. About You Education: Bachelor’s or university degree in Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years as Process Engineer or in activities related to product development, new releases, or production line transfers.
