**Position Summary**Proporcionar el soporte administrativo y de servicio al personal de Tienda y Campo para garantizar una correcta ejecución de los procesos.**Position Responsibilities**:- Proporcionar soporte en los diferentes procesos de Recursos Humanos a los AutoZoners de tienda y campo de cada una de las regiones para garantizar una eficiente ejecución.- Soporte a la Gerencia de RH en temas de materia laboral tales como desvinculaciones, levantamientos de actas administrativas y seguimiento a procesos de demandas laborales en la JLCA.- Soporte a la Gerencia de RH en temas administrativos como constancias laborales, elaboración de reportes necesarios para la medición de resultados o el seguimiento de actividades implementadas en la empresa, etc.- Brindar atención y asistencia a los AutoZoners de la Región para temas relacionados a Recursos Humanos tales como aclaraciones de nómina, seguimiento a avisos de retención y suspensión INFONAVIT, oficios de pensión alimenticia, Caja de Ahorro, Prestaciones, etcétera.- Reunir y administrar toda la información de los empleados de las tiendas a nível Regional, asi como la actualización de dicha información.**Position Requirements**:Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Lic. Administración, Lic. Psicología, Lic. Comunicación, Carreras afines.Years of Experience: One to two years.Type of Experience: Administración de RHSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Excel Intermedio
