We are now uniquely positioned as the leading global technology company serving both the traditional automotive and new mobility markets.**Your Role**Please provide a brief summary about the role.- Assist Laboratory testing and failure analyse.- Assist on sample preparation of Ion Chromatographic Analysis and interpretation of the results.- Technical support of internal and external material processing analysis.- Investigate failures and providing understanding of causes whether material, design, processing or environmental and assess failure risks.- Perform other duties as may be assigned.- Writing reports.**Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your**:- Engineering, BS or higher degree (Materials, Chemistry, Polymer Science engineering or similar degree preferred).- Laboratory hands on experience (physical/chemical exposure testing and method development).- F/A experience (cross-sectioning, mechanical testing, hardness testing, thermal analysis )- Software: Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook )- Good communication skills-English and Spanish capability (spoken and written)**Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
