Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Failure Analysis Engineer_- located in _- Juarez south Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Test Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer role involves_- Responsible for Implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment._What a typical day looks like:- _ Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in design of methos of failure analisys, testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._- _ Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data._- _ Directs and coordinate the strategies of debug the fail product of the test process._- _ Determines conditions and procedures under which The technicians are to be conducted and Indicators and phases of Debug Process._- _ Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing and troubleshooting problems such as failures of product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, Failure Analysis Reports, new solutions, obsolete components data interpretation or coding issues._- _ Analyzes and interprets Failures data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._- _ Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software._- _ Trains and instructs floor support, debug technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, failures solutions as well as proper problem solving techniques._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience as Failure Analysis in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience with personal management_- _ Knowledge with Yields and processes to engineering and manufacturing knowledge_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.GR66Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
