**About Baubap**We are a fast-growing, Mexican fintech startup with the mission to become the bridge to people’s financial freedom through technology.We are providing microloans to people in financial need through a fast and efficient process, always treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve.Our long-term vision is be **the most inclusive digital bank in LATAM with more than 2.5 million clients.****Mission**Become the bridge to people’s financial freedom through technology.**Vision**By 2030, be the most inclusive digital bank in LATAM with more than 2.5 million clients.**About your role (Role mision)**As a People Ops generalist, you will be putting the employee first by humanizing impersonal systems and continuously improving employee engagement, development, and retention by understanding the entire company’s ecosystem, maintaining a firm grasp of the most critical elements for business success, and ensuring that all the pieces fit together to achieve business success.**Day to day**- Managing the employee journey- Onboard new employees and orienting them to our payroll/benefits and org-wide tools- Assist with maintaining People-related materials.- Create or update written documentation and employee resources- Run logistics side of many of our People programs.- Organizing and planning events (both online and offsite) and presenting in front of large groups.- Knowledge of and commitment to People best practices in employee retention, conflict resolution, and program implementation- Evaluate the effectiveness of the employee on-boarding program and- Performance reviews- Exit interviews- Supporting and engaging employees, through our different programs- Coordinate logistics of equipment delivery and purchase of materials in CDMX**Requirements**:- Based in México city- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; (English and Spanish)- Organized and detail-oriented with ability multitask.- Strong ability to efficiently organize and track projects and tasks; strong work ethic and ability to follow through; self-starter- Creative and innovative to come up with ideas**Nice to have**:- IT Recruitment experience- Startup experience**Your skills**- _Highly empathetic._ You care deeply about the users and strive for providing them the best, memorable and humane experience possible.- _High standards_.
