What will you be working on?The Payroll Coordinator owns complex process and act as SMEs to perform specific tasks within the payroll process, such as gathering and validating data from HR, Employee Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility. They review payroll reports, conduct timely and accurate validations, along with standard controls to meet process targets. Perform specific assigned tasks with efficiency to meet SLAs, highest quality standards and flexibility to support other team processes. Stay connected with team priorities and exhibit ownership to identify proactively opportunities to support team tasks and goals. They are responsible for answering queries filed through ticketing system, exhibiting excellent customer service, detailed, strong problem solving to remove operational roadblocks. Conduct Dive Deeps and analysis in regards to operational issues or metrics not on target to understand root causes to propose and implement corrective actions. Same day escalation of complex issues with recommendations and follow through completion.
