Operational Management**:- Oversee daily bars operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury standards.- Develop and maintain an inspiring beverage menu featuring craft cocktails, premium spirits, fine wines, and other signature offerings.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of bars supplies and beverages.- Maximize profitability through cost control, waste reduction, and creative revenue-driving initiatives.**2. Guest Experience**:- Cultivate a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel's luxury ethos.- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address feedback, and enhance their experience.- Lead staff in delivering personalized and memorable service to exceed guest expectations.**3. Team Leadership**:- Recruit, train, and mentor a professional and passionate bars team, fostering growth and retention.- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and inspire excellence.- Manage team schedules, performance reviews, and conflict resolution in line with hotel policies.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as Bar Manager or Mixologist in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale bar setting.- Expertise in mixology, wine, and spirits, with relevant certifications preferred.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.- Advanced knowledge of bar equipment, trends, and industry best practices.- Ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining poise and professionalism.- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.- Advanced English C1
