**Custom furniture design company is looking for a customer service and sales administrative process professional with a command of the English language to serve national and foreign clients.****Objective function of the position**:**Responsible for the reception, creation, administration and follow-up of new purchase orders, reporting, system entries, etc. understood as such from the moment the order is placed until it is delivered to the client.****Essential requirements**:**Advanced English language minimum C1.****Handling of an ERP (SAP, SAI, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Compaq)****Intermediate-Advanced Excel (Graphics and report generation).****Experience in dealing with clients and the administrative sales process from the purchase order to after-sales service.****Duties to be performed**:**Responsible for customer service (corporate or private) national and foreign.****Preparation of quotes, follow-up of samples sent to clients.****Management with internal areas regarding requirements, plans, proposals, stock of merchandise, inventory control of finished product and consignment.****Additions, updates and changes in the internal and client internal system (ERP).****Reception of purchase orders, lifting of orders, corroborating that all documents have the correct and complete information.****Support to the Operations area regarding logistics clarifications, sending shipping information to clients, tracking numbers, packing lists and invoices; reporting on the status of their orders, shipping dates, as well as confirming the acceptance of freight rates.****Manage changes in orders from the reception of the request to processing with the operational area.****Collect and follow up on payments or balances of clients with and without credit, clarifications and collection problems, taking care of the client-company relationship.****Reception and follow-up of clarifications with clients; active participation in follow-up meetings with clients.****Generation of reports (Excel, dynamic tables).****Salary between $20,000. $25,000.
