Located in our Toluca Plant, you will be HR Analyst**Key responsibilities**:- Manages terminations or voluntary separation process to include explaining polices/procedures to employees, responding to questions, participating in interactive discussions with employees.- Provides administrative support for HR disciplines including staffing, employee development, compensation, benefits and employee relations- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.- Handle and provide personnel information during internal or external audits- Maintains Oracle (HR Gate) information up to date- Performs other duties as required and assigned.- Maintain Ipower as Corporate training and admin tool - Coordinate communication programs- Supports the onboarding process- Implements environment/wellness programs**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
