Descripción y detalle de las actividades**The Work**- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to production operations, ensuring alignment organizational goals and objectives- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 11 Supervisors and 400 indirect employees at the La Mesa Production Facility- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to meet manufacturing expectations and drive continuous improvement.**Oversee production areas, including**- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Plated-Through-Hole (PTH) Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA’s)- Large molded cables- Medium and large harnesses- Electronic assemblies and electronic boards- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including EOS policies and procedures- Lead discussions and present program and teams status to internal and external customers, including stakeholders and senior leadership- Frequent travel (4-5 days/week) across the U.S./Mexico border to support business operations and customer relationshipsOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating innovative solutions with the latest technologies.
