We are seeking a motivated Appointment Scheduler You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will prospect for and acquire new clients daily from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about seller leads and schedule appointments. Must be able to work from a quiet environment, be fluent in English, have up-to-date computer and high speed internet.**Are you**:- Considered by most to be a “go-getter”?- Coachable and able to learn quickly in a fast paced, dynamic virtual work environment?- Passionate about learning and further improvement?**Responsibilities**:- Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline- Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads)- Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with sales agents- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections- Sound great on the phones - This is a SALES job- Ability to quickly learn new technology software with instruction**Qualifications**:- Dependable, Relentless, Accountable, Yearn to Lean, Celebrates Success, and Optimistic is an absolute requirement- Fluent in English- Understand the U.S. culture- Must have a modern Computer and high speed internet- **Some sales experience, but we have an excellent ongoing training program****Compensation**- Salary + Commission- Weekly Stipends- Bonuses**About Drayco Properties****Drayco Properties** is one of the fastest growing Nationwide real estate wholesale companies in the United States.
