We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of _**Lead Generation.**_**What you will do**- Identify and search for relevant profiles on LinkedIn and other professional platforms based on established criteria.- Classify, record, and manage contacts within the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and quality.- Proactively communicate with potential contacts via LinkedIn messages or other channels, scheduling meetings with qualified prospects.- Support the creation of regular reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, established contacts, etc.).- Organize and maintain updated prospect lists, categorizing profiles based on their relevance and level of engagement.**Requirements**:- Recent graduate with a bachelor, preferably in fields related to business, marketing, technology, or similar areas.- Advanced skills in data analysis and digital tools management.- Previous experience in lead generation, database management, or related activities.- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn and, preferably, experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.- High attention to detail and ability to handle information in an organized and efficient manner.- Level of English intermediate.**Skills and Competencies**- Research and organization: Ability to identify relevant information, structure data, and maintain organized processes.- Proactivity: Results-driven mindset with a willingness to take on new tasks and overcome challenges.- Written communication: Clear and professional writing skills to effectively engage prospects.- Tool proficiency: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and willingness to learn or enhance HubSpot usage.- Adaptability: Capability to work in a dynamic environment, quickly learning new technologies and processes.**What do we offer?**- 100% remote opportunity.- Competitive salary and benefits.- Custom benefit package aligned to your experience and your neePay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month**Experience**:- LinkedIn: 1 year (preferred)- CRM: 1 year (preferred)- Data Analysis: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: Remote
