If you’re driven by user experience, enjoy the challenge of solving complex design problems with easy-to-use solutions, and are looking to play a critical role in taking a product from 0 to 1, this role is for you.In this role, you will:- Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products- Spend time getting to know our target users and develop empathy for their unique needs- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders- Be a key decision-maker on a small but talented team- Help us make Leona a company that stands out for its design excellence**Requirements**:- Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience- Spanish & English language fluency- Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process- Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and is excited about defining and owning this process- Experience working closely with engineers- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A passion for building**What You Can Expect**:- ** Autonomy & Responsibility**:You will take ownership of your time and efforts, prioritizing the activities that have the largest impact for the company- ** Team Collaboration**: We are very team oriented; you’ll have the opportunity to work with a small, nimble team of superstars, gaining insight into building a company from scratch.
