This includes making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions.This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.-- **Key Responsibilities**:- Receives and directs internal and external calls, maintaining a daily report.- Greets clients and visitors, following security procedures and the Internal Front Desk Manual.- Reserves meeting rooms through Outlook, including any special meeting requests.- Supports messaging and gift registration according to policy.- Maintains daily reports on activities related to their duties and monitors their status.- Receives communications from government institutions.- Manages parking courtesy calls for visitors.Manages transportation services, registering and checking services monthly.**Requirements**:- High School Diploma or equivalent- 2 years of experience as Receptionist in corporate offices- Advanced English (spoken and written)Excellent Microsoft Office skills**Why CBRE?**When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
