Commercial Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Work with Mexican Sales Team to consult with and educate customer base on the full WEISS Product Portfolio- Continue and accelerate the development of our added value solutions- Respond to customer inquiries and incoming leads relating to use, operation, and maintenance of WEISS products- Proactively distribute high potential or strategically important opportunities to the regional sales team- Assess the technical challenges the customer is trying to achieve or overcome- Communicate with customers to get the desired information and answer their inquiries and resolve customer complaints- Review drawings, plans, and customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates, project improvements, and develop project specific products to meet customer requirements- Communicate requirements to internal teams to establish clear expectations for success, while remaining aware of others' work priorities- Effective sales reporting to aid in market analysis, new product development, and pricing strategies- Perform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directed**Desired Skills & Experience**- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field or equivalent work experience- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing or sales assist environment- Experience with factory automation equipment/motion control is highly desirable- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with a sense of urgency- Well organized with an aptitude for details- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multi-task and produce quality results under pressure- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)- Experience in SolidWorks & AutoCAD- Must be self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision**Company Description**We have grown by more than 300% in the last ten years.
