We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical developmentAs Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing, payment and reconciliation of creditor invoices, investigator payment requests and employee expense claims.**Responsibilities**:Timely and accurate processing of AP vouchersTimely and accurate payment of AP vouchersManagement of all documentation in line with statutory requirementsReconciliation of creditor accountsAssist in month end close processResolution of issues with suppliers, investigators and employeesParticipation in AP re-engineering projects as neededRequirements:Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Commerce or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in a multi-national Accounts Payable FunctionProficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelGood Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer serviceAbility to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactionsAttention to detailAbility to work on Own & as a Team playerGood organization skillsLI-FP1LI-HybridWhat ICON can offer you:- Our success depends on the quality of our people.
