We are seeking a **Linux Server Administrator** to join our team, dedicated to ensuring the stability, security, and availability of Linux systems across all locations.**Objectives**:Administration and support of the IP Telephony & Microsoft Teams infrastructure.**Compensation and Benefits**:- Competitive and attractive salary in line with the current market, plus a comprehensive benefits package.- Vacation days above the legal requirements.- 100% nominal salary.- 50% vacation bonus.- Rate salary of 40-50k MXN taxes before.- Hybrid/on-site work model.- Professional growth opportunities.- Positive and collaborative work environment.- Maternity/Paternity leave.**Key Responsibilities**:- Install and configure Linux operating systems and IT tools on new servers.- Keep systems updated to maintain security and efficiency.- Investigate and resolve support requests and system alerts.- Ensure timely resolution of work tickets in line with service level agreements (SLAs).- Create and update system documentation, schemas, and operational procedures.- Work with global IT teams to provide SAP support.- Participate in technical conference calls and manage change processes using existing IT tools.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Linux/Unix-based servers.- Expertise in Logical Volume Management, RedHat Satellite Administration, Puppet DevOps, Docker, and Redhat OpenStack.- Basic networking knowledge (subnetting, VLAN tagging, routing).- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work effectively in an international team.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with scripting for process automation.**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**Work Location**: Anillo Perif.
