Position reports directly to the Americas Finance Director.- Understand the contractual commitments on service lines to identify, analyze and resolve potential business risks, as well as opportunities and solutions to enhance business performance.- Effectively lead a diverse team from where they are to where they have not been. Empower team members to take responsibility and accountability.- Develop high-quality and effective working Client relationships across the LATAM region.- Use financial information and experience to add value to Client relationship and service delivery.- Manage a team that develops financial models, materials and recommendations for executive decision-making by conducting comprehensive analyses and utilizing appropriate methods.- Support finance partners in implementing models, measuring results, tracking performance vs expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective action.- Liaising with and developing positive relationships with all relevant Finance stakeholders such as Controllership on both CBRE and client sides and Regional Operational Teams.- Drive Account KPIs in the required framework.- Implement improvements, drive change, raise standards through the direct and indirect management of staff.- Manage the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems.- Provide strategic ad-hoc support, influence and manage any financial analysis as required.**Requirements**:- 3-5 years of experience in the area at Management Level- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Accounting- Experience in Financial Planning, AP, AR, Billing- Experience in managing an own teamWe offer the opportunity to join an amazing company and team, professional growth and to learn from an amazing industry.**_ Equal Employment Opportunity:_**_ CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
