**Location**: Mexico City
**Salary**: MXN $40,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience and profile)
**Reports to**: Finance Business Partner (Headquarters)

**About the role**
We are looking for a **Finance Manager** who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible to join our Mexico team. This role is key to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial operations at the local level. You will lead financial reporting, tax compliance, banking activities, and coordination with external auditors and tax authorities, while working closely with our HQ.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Mexican GAAP and Group requirements
- Lead all local financial reporting to HQ and external authorities (SAT, etc.)
- Manage and execute tax declarations and filings (IVA, ISR, DIOT, annual returns, etc.)
- Ensure cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and payment processing
- Manage relationships with local banks, including account openings and operations
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and legal counsel to ensure full compliance
- Stay updated on changes in Mexican tax and accounting regulations
- Support implementation and improvement of internal controls

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (experience in internet or financial services industries preferred)
- Solid knowledge of Mexican tax laws, SAT reporting, and financial regulations
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience managing banking operations and institutional communication
- Fluent English required; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus
- CPA (Contador Público Certificado) preferred
