Job Title Summary We are looking for a Project Manager. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and driving execution. You’ll play a hands‑on role in bringing projects to life — from testing and documentation to reporting and process optimization — while supporting cross‑functional teams and improving how work gets done. It’s a unique opportunity to blend project management fundamentals with real operational impact, gaining exposure to SaaS tools, data‑driven reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is Hybrid Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from our Mexico City, Mexico Office. What You’ll Do Project Execution & Testing Build and execute UAT cases Conduct light system/process testing prior to UAT Create and maintain requirements, decision, and RAID logs Support retrospectives (feedback, documentation, improvements) Documentation & Knowledge Management Draft and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and recurring workflow docs Organize and manage project file library (including project templates) Stakeholder Engagement Support cross‑functional meetings (backup for scheduling, agendas, follow‑ups during team member absence) Assist with updates and reporting when needed Reporting & Analysis Create standardized reports/dashboards Analyze project data to track KPIs and identify bottlenecks Operational Support Assist with PM tool administration (e.g., access, setup) as needed (important during projects like the IBM intake process until handoff) Lead small, low‑risk internal projects end‑to‑end Propose process improvements based on workflow audits What You’ll Need 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven ability to plan, execute, and complete projects. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience). Experience with project documentation and tools, including creating UAT/test cases, maintaining RAID logs, and drafting SOPs or playbooks. Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills We’d Love to See Experience in a SaaS or software environment. PMP certification or similar project management training.
