Located in our Santa Fe office, you will have the responsibility for assisting in reporting and analyzing consolidated results for Gates Corporation reporting to VP - Operational Finance.**Key responsibilities**:- Collaborate with Operations Finance counterparts to create comparison analysis as demanded- Track and trend KPIs for Operations Finance team.- Support strategic projects for Operations Finance - ensure that savings are correctly stated and that we realize committed savings.- Introduce consistency of reporting and manage the financial bridge and variance explanation process for Operations Related GL Accounts- Fixed Asset review- E&O Analysis and actions- Inventory Aging analysis- Assist in Global Policies verification and corrections- All other Ops Finance duties assigned**ABOUT YOU**- 5 - 7 years of progressive experience- Strong accounting knowledge with experience in all areas of general accounting- Strong knowledge in Std Cost determination- Fluent English Language- Teamwork and good communication- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Good computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly- Strong team player: proactively able to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all key functions; builds collaborative relationships.- Prior experience with ERP systems- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills- Ability to simplify and communicate complex data**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
