ABOUT YOUAs a trusted business partner, you will be constantly- looking for efficiencies and supporting the long-term- strategy of operations, improving cost against targets- supporting Service and Quality delivery trough- Continuous excellence and sound governance and- controls.- Ensuring financials (Cost and working capital) are- reliable and properly cascaded with internal customers,- looking for new ways of working for collaboration- between stakeholders including procurement,- manufacturing, and supply chain.YOUR OPPORTUNITY- You will have the opportunity to support decision and- business transformation of the Operations in LAC.- Working close together with the manufacturing team in- Tultitlan Mexico, looking for efficiencies and long-term- definitions.**Responsibilities**:- RESPONSIBILITIES- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:- Be responsible of a cost budget of US$10M by overseeing and managing financial information related with- production overheads and working capital of the products manufactured in Bacardi Tultitlan plant including- budget process and R&O analysis.- Drive financial analysis and generate insights to contribute to the decision making as business partner for- Manufacturing.- Work together with the controllership organization to ensure an adequate controls environment in the plant for- sustainable results, following the global SOX and Internal Audit guidance.- Conduct financial validation and analysis for saving initiatives included but not limited to manufacturing, plant- warehousing and CAPEX efficiency projects.- practices, for the benefit of the Finance Organization and your development.Skills and ExperienceSKILLS- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:- Experience in Operations Finance organization, including manufacturing and warehousing.- Proven knowledge of US GAAP Accounting and experience user of SAP- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills- Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindset.- Detail oriented with the ability of synthetize a thorough analysis into clear and concise message.- Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.- Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence in English and Spanish at all levels of the organization.- Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (outlook / excel / word / PowerPoint / Teams)- PERSONAL QUALITIES- Role model of Integrity across the organization.- Passionate team player with excellent interpersonal skills able to infuse energy to the team and transform ideas into- action.- Able to navigate into ambiguity and uncertainty, not losing focus of the overall objective and ability to make a recommendation with incomplete information.Our cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
