In that case, we want to meet you**Work Schedule**- **Monday - OFF**:- Tuesday - 8am -5pm (Pacific Time)- Wednesday - 8am -5pm (Pacific Time)- Thursday - 8am -5pm (Pacific Time)- **Friday - OFF**:- Saturday - 8hrs _TBD _- Sunday - 8hrs _TBD_**Responsibilities**- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners- Inputting leads from the Wix Dashboard into the CRM- Submitting projects to Wix- Adding Client's questionnaires to the CRM and creating Paid ads leads and Graphic design leads based on the answers in the questionnaires- Adding client's to Synup to have their directories created- Type in data provided directly from customers- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes- Verify data by comparing it to source documents- Update existing data- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost- Collaborate with different departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Senior Management.**Requirements and skills**- Proven experience as a data entry clerk- Experience as Personal Assistant, Customer Service, and Administrative Assistant.- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices- Knowledge of Wix is a plus but not required- Basic understanding of databases, and CRMs.- Good command of **English **both oral and written and customer service skills- Great attention to detail- High school degree or equivalentTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Incluye fines de semana- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Can you work on weekends?Experiência:- CRM software: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- English (Fluent/Advanced) job is 100% in English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
