Under general direction, the scope is to secure the fabrication of products that fulfill with general standards and key characteristics, efficiency and assure their functions that it was made for, coordinate quality inspectors and monitor all activities to assure meet with Quality specifications during fabrication.**Principal Duties**:- Customer Satisfaction through continuously analyzing customer complains (generate 8D to find root cause and implement corrective actions)- Customer Satisfaction through continuously analyzing internal issues (analyze IPI reports, find root cause and implement corrective actions)- Improve current production systems through JCMS tools.- Tracking and improvement KPI ‘s assigned (IPPM, RPPM, COPQ, ERI, YRR)- Attend daily meeting at CCC- Implementation of new engineering changes.- Controls the production on quality assurance aspect. (Quality Control Documents)- Performs LPA, ISO audits according to the schedule.- Coordinate Quality Inspectors to assure correct Quality at process and product.- Following to correctives and preventives actions for each analysis.- Develops the role as quality guide for HPT.- Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.- Evaluate requirements for new order to assure the correct implementation of SQ and / or new products.- Develop new templates for traveler sheets.- Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS, Quality & JCMS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees.- Comply with Quality Requirements defined in ISO, ASME Manual & all defined in quality documented information.- Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.- Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.- Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5‘s standards.- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree completed.- Fluent in English.- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role- Software: Minitab (desirable).- Professional recognition and industry networking are desired and speak to large audiences.- Able to lead and direct diverse teams, like teamwork a plus.- Strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
