Role: Senior PHP DeveloperLocation: Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico (On-site)We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PHP/Symfony Developer who also possesses strong Business Analysis capabilities. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage backend development while working closely with clients to understand and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and clarify business objectives.- Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure alignment.- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and development tasks.- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and functional issues raised by the client.- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best practices.- Contribute to architectural decisions and product planning.- Support and contribute to Pimcore-based projects and learn the platform deeply as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 15+ years of professional experience in software development.- Strong expertise in PHP and Symfony framework.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a client-facing role.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Experience working with databases like MySQL- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).- Must be located near Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico.Additional Skills:- Pimcore experience and knowledge would be plus**Job Type**: ContractPay: $200.00 - $300.00 per hour
