They are passionate, innovative, and continuously evolving, redefining hospitality through a technology-driven approach.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:**1. Digital Systems & Innovation**:- Implement new technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize system value.- Train internal teams on new tools and ensure smooth adoption of technology.- Identify and introduce automation solutions that enhance operational workflows and data-driven decision-making.**2. Hotel Technology Infrastructure**:- Design, standardize, and oversee the implementation of hardware and software solutions for hotel operations, including:- CCTV and security systems- Wi-Fi networks and structured cabling- Fire and intrusion detection systems- Smart room technology (IoT) and domotics- IP telephony and call management- Smart access control systems- Guest journey-enhancing technologies (self-check-in, digital keys, etc.)- Ensure ongoing maintenance, security, and optimization of all IT infrastructure across properties.- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure correct installation and operational compliance.**3. ERP & Business Technology**:- Lead the implementation and management of the company’s ERP system to improve business automation.- Provide technical support for ERP and other business tools to ensure seamless operation.- Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to customize ERP functionalities to business needs.**4. Web & Software Development**:- Integrate APIs, booking engines, and third-party platforms for improved functionality.- Supervise the development of custom software solutions with developers, designers, and IT partners.**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or travel industries.- Expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure (CCTV, Wi-Fi, structured cabling, domotics, access control, etc.).- Proven experience in ERP implementation and business software integration.- Hands-on experience with web development, APIs, and system integrations.- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple IT projects simultaneously.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology innovation.- Strong leadership and vendor management abilities.- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.- Private major medical insurance.- Benefits above the legal requirements.- Flexible vacation policy.- Annual credits for stays at company properties.**Join Us**Our client’s boutique hotels and branded residences are designed to immerse guests in each destination, and technology plays a key role in making that happen.
