We were founded at the beginning of the pandemic, a time when the labor market was in crisis. With mass layoffs, we knew that employers would need to hire their teams back. However, the old ways of doing things and flashy AI tools weren’t going to be good enough to bring hard working people back. We knew that companies would need to embrace new approaches.RoleAs a sourcer, you will:- Join daily huddles with your teammates and managerWhy you will love this job:- $1,800 monthly salary + discretionary 20% monthly bonus.- Work full remotely- Work alongside other sourcers, learn from each other and meet them daily- Work for a US based hiring startup- Recruit for a huge variety of big US companiesMinimum Requirements:- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter or Linkedin Sales Navigator- Experience using contact finding and outreach automation software- Excellent written English skills- Available for full-time (8 hours per day, 40hrs per week)- Has stable internet connection and fast personal laptopPreferred Skills- Enjoys target-oriented and competitive work environment- Is a creative and proactive problem solver- Has a strong work ethic- Is eager and quick to learn new toolsPay: From $36,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Recruiting: 3 years (required)
