At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe are seeking a **SAP** **BW as Project Manager**.Experience in Bioinformatics is a plus.**What you’ll do**:- Lead the planning and implementation of SAP BW projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of SAP BW solutions, including SAP BW Design, SAP BW Cloud, SAP BW BI BO, and SAP BW ABAP.- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BW solutions with other systems and processes.- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.- Facilitate user training and support to ensure successful adoption of SAP BW solutions.- Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.- Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies and tools.**Qualifications**:SAP BW Design, SAP BW BI BO, SAP BW Cloud, SAP BW ABAP.**- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.**Why Cognizant?**Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package.Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies.We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment.We invest in people and their wellbeing.We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
