Descripción del trabajo Role Overview The Account Director is responsible for leading the client relationship and ensuring the strategic and operational success of assigned accounts. This role partners closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality ATL and digital campaigns aligned with client business objectives. Objective To build strong, trusted client partnerships while driving strategic clarity, operational excellence, and consistent delivery across ATL and digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates in English and Spanish. Strategic & Creative Partnership: Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop clear briefs for ATL and digital campaigns. Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all deliverables. Provide strategic input and consultative support aligned with client objectives. Project & Team Management: Oversee the execution of integrated ATL and digital campaigns from briefing to delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, production, media, and digital. Lead, mentor, and develop account teams to ensure high performance. Financial & Operational Management: Manage scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and profitability. Ensure accurate forecasting, billing, and financial control. Identify opportunities for account growth and added value. Requirements ~5+ years of experience in account management within creative or integrated agencies. ~ Proven experience leading ATL and digital campaigns. ~ Strong understanding of creative, production, and media processes. ~ Experience managing senior client relationships. ~ Experience leading and developing account teams. ~ Advanced English level (mandatory).
