The primary focus to this position is to assist with all accounting functions and participate in the daily work and monthly/quarterly/yearly close processes including various journal entries for accruals, prepaids, amortization, depreciation, and other entries as required.- Public Accountant or Bachelor of Accounting- Advance English Language- Knowledge and management of programs and SAT page- 7+ years experience in broad based financial experience with heavy emphasis on manufacturing, operational background- Excel knowledge, analytical abilities and excellent communications skills required**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:Statutory Responsibilities:- Determination and payment of federal, state and municipal taxes for companies- Calculation and review of creditable VAT- Monthly VAT Compensations (Traditional and via the Internet) vs. Federal Taxes- Annual Economic Report to the Ministry of Economy- Determination and monthly filing of the Informative Returns of Transactions with Third Parties- Supervise and provide information to the external auditors in the tax audit for the purposes of Social Security and INFONAVIT- Calculation and filing of the annual return. Preparation of certain annexes and review of the tax opinion.- Supervise and file annual informative returns to the SATGeneral Ledger:- Review reconciliations of general ledger accounts- Approve journal entries (payroll, prepaid, accrued exp,)- Maintain reconciliation schedule for journal entries- Reconcile statements for multiple bank accountsInventory:- Update the standard labor and overhead costs annually- Maintain inventory controls for shipping, moving material through production, and inventory adjustments- Review the reconciliation of inventory on a monthly basisOther Duties:- Supervision of the processing and payment of weekly Mexico payroll- Review and estimation of cash flow for the operation in Mexico- Maintain Fixed Assets schedule and run monthly depreciation in FAS (training to be provided)- Using Flex Tec software, generate financial statements for Flex-Tec US and Mexico (trial balance) by the 3rd working day of the next month.- Maintenance of general ledger (add/remove/edit general ledger accounts).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- posicion similar: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
