Will be the owner of incoming mail.**Essential Functions**:- Process vendor invoices, investigate and resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts- Participates in organization's process improvement projects**Knowledge**:- Strong knowledge of accounting principles- Working knowledge of accounts payable processes preferred**Experience**:- 1-5 years of AP experience in a manufacturing environment.- SAP or other ERP experience a plus**Skills**:- Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)- Able to communicate effectively (oral and written) Bilingual (English Spanish)- Able to prioritize tasks with the help of management- Ability to analyze and problem solve in controlled environment**Education**:- Have or working towards an associate degree in Accounting or Finance required**Position Requirements**:**The demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
