**LOCATION**:Apodaca / Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico | **BRAND**: Bendix | **REQUISITION ID**:6135 |** JOB GRADE**:12|** ON-SITE/REMOTE**: On-site**JOB DESCRIPTION**:Position DescriptionPosition Summary:Position is responsible for customer collections, claims management, analyzing activity on accounts, notice trends, taking action to get to root of issues and escalation/resolution of issues.Essential Functions:- Responsible for monthly collection efforts on assigned accounts to achieve customer and team total targets.- Claims management (identify, code, resolve)- Understands AR processes at a deeper level- Understanding specific customer traits to be able to support customer changes/ issues.- Responsible for cash forecasting on a monthly basis, including an understanding of variances to forecasts.- Assignment of project work as neededKnowledge:- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable.- Strong knowledge of ERP systems preferred.- Knowledge of financial methodologies- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office**Experience**:- 1-3+ years of AR accounting experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.- ERP experience (SAP preferred).- Experience in AR and Order to Cash process in a manufacturing organization- Experience in financial methodologies.Skills:- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.- Able to confidently and efficiently correspond to all levels within organization.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Strong team communication skills- Shows commitment to process improvement..- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)Education:- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field required- Bachelor’s degree preferred.Position Requirements:The demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
