Quality Engineer SRBachelor´s Degree5 years of experienceEnglish 80-90%**Knowledge**:Statistical process control, flowchart, FMEA, Plan control, 7 basic tools, raw materials in process, production equipment, and finished products. Evaluate and analyzes efforts to organize, document, and interpret supporting inspection documents and records. Ensures activities and items meet company quality assurance standards and performance, DPPM, APQP, PPAP, blueprint interpretation, geometric tolerances, design of experiments, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Poka Yoke, DDW, and basic knowledge of mechanical and mechanical assembly methods of applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, materials in process, and raw materials (especially steel and surface treatments).**Skills**:Analysis and problem solving,teamwork, communication skills at all levels,decision-making decisions based on KPI's,leadership and practice.**Responsibilities / Activities**Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary.Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures are followed.
