Human Resources AnalystOverview of Position:We are seeking a highly qualified General Human Resources Analyst. This role will report to the LATAM Human Resources Manager and will be be responsible for supporting the full HR function to include full-employee lifecycle activities, HRIS, multi-countries payroll processing, Recruitment, and Solidary Responsibility. If you pride yourself in providing the BEST Employee, BEST Internal, BEST External Customer and BEST Client experience ever, we want to hear from youWhat you will do:- Support HR Manager on many on-demand requests and tasks.- Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration. Will work closely with Treasury and Finance teams.- Knowledgeable of termination processes by country. Will work closely with Legal team.- Oversee many different benefits options to include: Health, Dental and Life insurance,Vacation planning, Meal Voucher, Gympass and Pension Plan administration and invoicing.- Absence administration to ensure rules, absence certificate and mandatory documents are gathered and retained.- Heavy recruiting for multiple functions.- Solidary Responsibility to timely send monthly labor documents required by the customers.- Manage SpeedCast Mailbox and action/distribute accordingly.- Ensure information is accurate in Workday and ADP Celergo systemsWhat we need from you:- Minimum 5 years experience supporting a full Human Resources function- Great Experience in Payroll (minimum 3 years). ADP Celergo hands-on knowledge is a plus.- Advanced level speaking and writing in English and Spanish language- Graduated in Human Resources or Business Management- Strong knowledge in Labor Legislation and Union negotiations- Excellent intrerviewing skills- Advanced level in Microsoft Office- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people within the organization, external suppliers and customers.- Strong attention to detail, proactive thinker and problem solver- Ability to use initiative and work both autonomously as well as in a team with excellent time management skills- Ability to work within a dynamic environment- Ability to identity priorities and critical situations that requires immediate action- Must be a team player, responsive, who is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment- Excellent organization and analytical skills- Strong Professional Work Ethic- Critical thinker with great and research skills- Attentive to deadlines- Commitment and Accountability- Collaborator- Fast learner- Proactive- Constant search for knowledge and improvementEven better if you have:- Experience with ADP Celergo and Workday- Latin America experienceWorking at Speedcast:At Speedcast, we want people that like adventure.
