Our global team is made of dreamers, doers and innovators who are Delivering POWER for a safer, brighter and more sustainable tomorrow.**Job Posting Title**Human resources analyst**Job Description Summary**Responsable de la incorporación del personal operativo de las diferentes áreas de planta, responsable de la inducción de personal de nuevo ingreso y asegurar la administración del RIT y CCT dentro de la organización, así como asegurar los servicios al personal.- Revisión y aseguramiento de la plantilla operativa.- Asegurar la asistencia y recibir al personal de nuevo ingreso, darles seguimiento en su proceso de evaluación inicial.- Control y entrega de contratos del personal sindicalizado, así como asegurar los cambios de categoría- Seguimiento mediante entrevistas de ausentismo a las faltas de colaboradores.- Revisión y solución de temas laborales con el personal.- Generar planes de acción para disminuir la rotación y el ausentismo general- Asistir a juntas de GMP diarias.- Reportes generales del área.**Required Skills and Education**LAE, Lic.
