If working for an organization with a long history of technological innovation and high advancement potential in a supportive, collaborative, and positive work environment are top considerations for your next career move, then you need to look at the opportunities at Bourns.**Nombre del Puesto**:Diseñador (DP-059-IV)****Área o Departamento(s): Ingeniería**- DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO:El ingeniero de diseño de producto debe tener la capacidad para resolver problemas actuales sobre productos liberados a producción que aún tienen problemas recurrentes, así como el de diseñar productos nuevos bajo un esquema de especificaciones mecánicas y eléctricas establecidas por los clientes.- REPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:- Creación de documentación de productos nuevos TNA por solicitud de especificaciones especiales**.**:- Coordinar pruebas necesarias para calificación.- Diseño o modificación de elementos de FR4 en cobre, níquel y oro.- Elaboración de Atrworks de impresión para Thick Film Printing.- Documentar y procesar variantes y ECO’S.- Coordinar muestras para clientes- Realizar dibujos de componentes para el área de nuevos productos.- Modificar los dibujos cuando se requieren cambios.- Hacer cambios a documentos como TNA, SIS, ISS, Flow Chart, etc, cuando sean requeridos.- Aplicar diariamente la cultura de Manufactura Esbelta, 5’Ss.- AUTORIDAD DEL PUESTO:- Detener cualquier proceso de producción o administrativo que pudiera atentar contra la integridad de las personas, productos o bienes de la empresa, incluyendo equipos e instalaciones.- Detener cualquier proceso de producción que sea sospechoso o haya sido confirmado, de generar productos que no cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad.- Detener la producción de producto o productos que estén generando problemas de calidad.- Detener cualquier actividad, sustancia, producto, proceso cuando sedetecte que ocasione un impacto ambiental directo o que incumpla algúnrequisito de cumplimiento.- RECURSOS / HERRAMIENTAS / EQUIPO / PROGRAMAS NECESARIOS PARA LA EJECUCION DE LAS RESPONSABILIDADES:De acuerdo con las funciones utilizara: computadora, softwares.Este puesto requiere el uso de Equipo de protección Personal de acuerdo a la hoja de seguridad y dependiendo del área de trabajo- COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES:- Ética (Reglamento Interior de Trabajo).- Metodología para la calidad (Procedimientos de Calidad)- Orientación al cliente ( Requerimientos de cliente)- Orientación a Resultados(Métricos y metas)- EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA**Educación**:El puesto requiere** **carrera Ingeniería.**Experiência laboral**:Dos años en puesto similar.- CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS:Conocimientos en software de diseño PRO-E, Autocad, geométricas.Ingles Oral y Escrito.Conocimiento en los procedimientos, manuales e instructivos aplicables al puesto.- REQUERIMIENTOS DE SEGURIDAD, HIGIENE, SALUD Y MEDIO AMBIENTEConocimiento en la identificación de aspectos e impactos ambientales, cumplimiento con la legislación ambiental, de salud y seguridad que aplique a cada área y conocimiento en la política de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.- OTROS REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO (DESEABLE NO MANDATORIO)Estrategias para incrementar el pensamiento analítico y creativoEqual Opportunity Employer: Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
