We support companies through our **Talent, Technology, and Training** services.We have been impacting the world since 2018 and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.As a logistics **Operation Support, **you will constantly be in contact with carriers to provide them support.**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:- Provide excellent customer service to drivers.- Track and Trace- Data Entry- Load Status Updates- Communication with drivers- Driver check in process.**Minimum requirements****What would help you succeed**:- Believe and love what you do.- Organized- Sense of urgency- Autonomus- Proactive**Minimum requirements**:- **Studies**: High School Degree.- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.**Perks**:- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday 9:00pm to 5:00am. (We work by the American calendar)- **Contract**: Contractor (Prestación de Servicios) first month and then Indefinite Term Contract.- **Places**: WeWork Mitikah / Mitikah, Av.
