**Vacante para la empresa Asian global leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of medical devices en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México**:**Asian global leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of medical devices requieres**:**Junior logistics coordinator****Position Summary**:Support the coordination of logistics according to the corporate policies and to the national and international legislations, in order to deliver the products to the customers in LATAMMain Accountabilities:- Follow up shipments- Send shipping instructions and commercial invoice to the supplier according to customer guidelines- Follow up all communication with customer regarding their shipment and communication with suppliers to ensure shipment at agreed times- Billing- Process Purchase Orders (SAP)- Check the products availability date- Downloading a report from the system, which indicates the estimated delivery dates and checking the information with the suppliers- Create an Order Confirmation (AO Acknowledge Order)**Requirements**:- Desirable experience in logistics ofdelicate merchandise- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English- Ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines- Bachelor’s degree in oreign Trade or International relations- Travel may be required business dictates**We offer**- Very competitive compensation- Benefits superior to those established by law- International growth and continuous training**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Comercio internacional y Desarrollo**Habilidades**:- comercio exterior- trafico internacional- logística
