Binance is the leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider whose suite of financial products includes the world’s largest digital-asset exchange.Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.If you’re looking for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization where opportunities to learn and excel are endless, then Binance is the place for you.**Responsibilities**:- Investigate customer activities to detect money laundering and other potential risks;- Investigating alerted transactions leveraging the risk-based approach and internal guidance;- Assess customer profiles and behavior to determine if further investigation is required;- Conduct investigations into unusual onchain transactions;- Perform transaction screening using blockchain analytics tools such as Elliptic, Chainalysis, TRM, etc;- Write and develop succinct and complete reports summarizing unusual activity and mitigating risk.**Requirements**:- 1+ years of experience in AML/CTF transaction monitoring, preferably in a fintech or cryptocurrency company;- Understanding of crypto transactions and blockchain technology is a strong plus;- Basic experience with blockchain monitoring/analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM, etc;- Good proficiency in conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence;- Analytical problem solver with experience in compliance functions;- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;- Self-starter: take initiative, be dedicated, and be creative to achieve your goals.
