Get to know us and see what it's like to be part of a company that is in constant pursuit of improving life at home.****The team you will be a part of**:**As part of the Corporate Events & Institutional team, this position is responsible for the operation and sales development of the corporate and institutional channels for the West-Bajío region.****Some of the main responsibilities of this role include searching for new business opportunities in both channels, and maintaining a prosperous and cordial relationship with Business Partners. The position is also responsible for the generation of new corporate agreements in the region, as well as for the communication with corporate clients. Ensure communication with the Human Resources Partners of the different companies for the deployment of promotions, benefits and registrations to all employees, is also part of the role.****Also, the development of the institutional channel for this region through the search for new clients, is one of the main tasks.****Your responsibilities will include**:**Client prospection****Negotiation with clients****Preparation of sales plan****Synergy with the different Whirlpool areas (legal, finance, sales, logistics)****Follow up of Legal Agreements****Registration of new corporate agreements (POS and VTEX)****Database management****Follow-up on Business Partners and final consumer service issues****Planning and coordination of the work plan (visits, registrations, benefits and promotions communication)****Sales analysis and reporting****Events coordination with companies with corporate agreements****Coordination and leadership of the regional team****Proposition and execution of digital strategies that contribute to business development****Minimum requirements**:- **Bachelor's degree**- **3+ years of experience in sales**- **Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks/projects**- **Customer service skills**- **Leadership**- **Excellent problem solving skills**- **Strong negotiation skills**- **Interpersonal and communication skills**- **Excel/Google sheets proficiency****Connect with us and learn more about Whirlpool Corporation****See what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting **Whirlpool Careers.** Additional information about the company can be found on **Facebook**, **Twitter**, **LinkedIn**, **Instagram** and **YouTube**.****At Whirlpool Corporation, we value and celebrate diversity.
