Coordinates subordinates in the inspection and/or receiving testing and/or process and finished products, according to established procedures- Insures the Compliance to Quality Objectives (Quality Costs, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) and the effectiveness of Corrective Measures.- Report to Top Management any trends or issues which may affect the health of the Quality Management System or customer satisfaction levels- Verify the conformity of the quality management system, evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency- Conduct periodic Management Reviews and the annual ISO's Management Review- Monitor and Report on the Quality Management Systems that verify conformity of products- Generates, Interprets and Implements Quality System Documentation. Develops, Modifies and Maintains the Standard Operations Procedures- Supports the Operations VP in communications with Certification Organizations and participate and/or Facilitate Audits performed by Regulatory Agencies.- Participates in the Planning, Development and Transfer of New Products or Changes in Parts, Materials or Processes.- Prepares and Manages the Objectives and Budgets of the Department, as well as Validates and Authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).- Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating and Developing the Quality Department’s Staff as well as acting as a Facilitator. Responsible for Managing Subordinate’s- Performance.
