68749BRHuman ResourcesTelemundo Enterprises**Responsibilities****Role Summary**:Directly reporting to the HR Director and partnering with the HR Coordinator, this role will support our initiatives that improve our employee life cycle and help us deliver an agile and efficient HR function that supports all of our business operations in Mexico.The HR Analyst will aid the development and will document, support the implementation and communication of the local HR policies and procedures to effectively meet operational and regulatory requirements for NBCU in Mexico.The HR Analyst also will be involved in regional and local HR projects or audits across business units to effectively accomplish labor and local regulations in a timely manner.The success measures for this role are connected to the delivery of clear documented policies, processes and procedures that can deliver HR operational excellence.**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:- Review current HR processes and procedures within the operation, identify gaps or efficiencies opportunities, propose improvements or creation of new ones leveraging regional and global practices.- Support in the preparation for regulatory/compliance auditing, and execution of the action plans to improve according to findings.- Structure communication plans for new and updated policies implementation in a conducive and timely manner.- Accomplish projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; identify optional courses of action; delivering the program.- Engage appropriate stakeholders and ensure alignment with company culture, as well as effective change management- Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.- **Ensure employee files are both on paper as well as digital, applicable to active and terminated employees.- **Systems** -work with local HR team for any continuous improvement required, pull information and reports from SAP to provide the LATAM hub with local data as well as having updatedUpdating of databases (employee, vacations, premiere screenings databases, among others).Follow up on employees’ government loans (FONACOT and INFONAVIT), ensuring to deliver payment-processing files to the UPI Finance team.Ensure the creation of vendors in system.Supports obtaining signature for legal representative at the Coyocan office on official documents such as letters, documents, contracts.- **HR information **- receive employee requests and loop in appropriate teams / individuals for guidance when required.- **Benefits **maintain the operation and implementation of temporary benefits such as the working from home expenses card- This position is a key point of contact for insurance brokers and risk management vendors in to ensure local benefits such as health insurance, food vouchers, work tools, life insurance, etc.- Support in obtaining new benefits for employees (discounts).- **Health and safety **the HR Analyst will partner with the medical service to achieve and execute health and safety initiatives and requirements**Qualifications/Requirements**Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.- Fully BilingualEligibility Requirements:- Strong attention to detail- Highly organized- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate (both written and oral) effectively- Proactive/initiative - high degree of proactivity and initiative required; demonstrable experience of consistently going above and beyond- Positive, can-do attitude and approach**Sub-Business**TLMD Human Resources**Career Level**Experienced**City**Mexico City**State/Province****Country**Mexico**About Us**NBCUniversal owns and operates over 20 different businesses across 30 countries including a valuable portfolio of news and entertainment television networks, a premier motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, world-renowned theme parks and a premium ad-supported streaming service.Here you can be your authentic self.
