"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next**:Invoicing Analyst (Temporary)****Which is the main objective of this role?**Ensuring Tax Reform CFDI 4.0 & 2.0 as a mandatory Tax Compliance on Jun 30th guarantee business continuity for all Pepsico entities. Invoicing Process certification in SAP and Legacy System, ensuring the correct generation with the changes requested by the SAT in version 4.0 (XML, Addenda, PDF.Providing adequate visibility to the business for control and risk measurement.**What will you be doing?**- Generate billing records and commercial credit note (AR) according to the tax guidelines on Electronic Billing, ensuring the inclusion of the new fields: "export", "tax regime", "tax object". As well as the validation of the rest of the existing fields.- Prepare reports in the SAP and Legacy systems in a test environment to guarantee the correct functionality of accounting traceability and tax stamps.- Interact with IT, Functional, PMO and tax areas in the organization.- Generate the test matrix considering all business operative models.- Load and document each commercial electronic invoicing scenario based on the Pepsico methodology- Execute Invoice, re-invoice and cancellation test flows in the SAP and Legacy system, ensuring the correct generation end to end, tax and accounting.- Generate test matrix, documenting each scenario step by step, upload to the Pepsico tool, document and finally ensure the upload of the result in the tool.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**Degree in Administration, Computer Science or relatedKnowledge of Invoicing Process, XML Document in a Technical and Semantic way.Knowledge structures of: (CFDI Annex 20 V. 3.3 - 4.0)Experience in Electronic Interchange process, Addenda GS1, Addenda Custom, Retail Complement, Payment Complement, Foreign Trade Complement V. 1.1) (desirable)Knowledge or Experience in Project Methodology (agile, Watherfall, etc.)Reading management of Annex 20 Version 3.3 of Electronic Billing of Tax Reform (desirable)Knowledge in SAP (Finance and Commercial)Optimum handling of Office parcels (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Visio and Project desirable)Intermediate English (Desirable)**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
