Position Summary:It is highly important to cover this temporary position (3 months during maternity leave), this position is in charge of Virtual Operations, Maritime Importation, tactical support to identify performance improvement and cost savings. Develops and updates procedures, provide reports as is requested to Finance team and Compliance Manager, point of contact between suppliers and brokers, Pedimento closure.Major Responsibilities:- Conduct RBM Exportation- Request, review and approve USMCA certificate- Correct 100% Prisma errors the 15th day of the following month- Review and approve pedimento closure- Analyzes, audits, and evaluates internal and external business partners including operations, procedures, and documentations to verify and ensure global trade compliance.- Support Compliance Manager related reports, new project, provide information to suppliers, brokers- Point of contact with broker and suppliers related Virtual Operations- In charge of performance Special operations such as ( virtual ,change of regimen, regularization pedimentos)- Conduct Revision in Trade Automation- Complete 100% the Physical and Digital File by month of all import and export operation- 100% Payment of suppliers on timeRequired Education / Experience / Skills:- International Commerce/ International Business/Administration bachelor's degree.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,- Effective communicator (verbal, written).- Analytical / data drivenTravel: N/A Language: Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)About Regal Rexnord- The Company’s end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
