Conocimiento de cálculo de Forecast, Budget, capitalización de activo fijo. Manejo de Excel intermedio.Sus principales responsabilidades serán:- Creación de proyectos de capital en Oracle, seguimiento y reporteo del presupuesto asignado y el gasto incurrido.- Elaboración y actualización del Checkbook, elaboración de Daily & Weekly Report & MEC en tiempo y forma.- Aprobación y seguimiento de requisiciones.- Elaboración y seguimiento del cumplimiento de Forecast & Budget de Gasto de Proyecto y CAPEX- Asistencia a juntas de lanzamientos- Actividades de cierre de mes.- Monitoreo del timing de implementación de proyectos de capital.- Cierre de mes, elaboración de pólizas, análisis de reportes.Manejo de Oracle.**Required Skills and Education**- Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública.- Comunicación efectiva.- Mejora continua.- Solución de conflictos.- Organización.- Trabajo bajo presión.- Adaptabilidad.- Proactividad.- Inglés intermedio - avanzado.- Disponibilidad de horario.- Manejo de excel intermedio**About AAM**:**Why Join #TeamAAM**:As a member of #TeamAAM, you’ll get to make a difference on day one.
