Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Title: Production Planner****Location: Mexico-Tijuana****Planning: Planner****Department: Materials****Markwins believes that quality must go into our products, our vision, our business, and the lives of the people who collaborate with us and with whom we partner.**Organizes production according to demand and quality standards. It guarantees that the production is for distribution in a timely manner. Knows production procedures and ways to optimize them, organizes and focuses on results, with problem-solving skills.**Role Responsibilities**:- Works with purchasing department to source and schedule materials based on projection.- Review production plans whenever required.- Verify raw material inventories.- Works as a team with production to comply with the program.- Prepares detailed production schedules.- Sets production Plans and schedules according to priority, from start to finish.- Analyzes and solves planning problems.- Interacts with the purchasing department to verify product delivery dates.- It is responsible for determining the production capacity for the elaboration of the products.- Take the necessary safety measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental contingencies within the company.- Comply with safety, health and environmental control measures set out in the Company's RIT.- Responsibilities may vary and increase according to the company need.Experiência y requisitos**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, LAE or similar (Desirable)- +2 years of experience in the industry and in management of ERP and MRP systems (Desirable)- Advanced English - 90%- Knowledge of office packaging**Functional Competencies**:- Teamwork- Results oriented- Negotiation and mediation- Enthusiastic- Inclusive- Inventive- Reliable**Markwins, trusts in the ability and potential of each of our collaborators, associates, and suppliers to contribute to the mission, vision and objectives of our organization, the talent of each one is key.
