**This is not a traditional Brand Manager role.**We are looking for a **commercially driven leader** who owns results, understands retail dynamics, and knows how brands win at point of sale.This role combines **Brand Ownership + Key Account Management**, with full responsibility for **growth, sell-out performance, visibility and retailer relationships** across Mexico.**What you will own**- Commercial performance across **department stores, key retailers, clubs and distributors**:- Direct negotiation with **key accounts** (space, visibility, calendars, launches)- Channel strategy and execution- Ownership of **sell-in, sell-out, rotation, inventory health and margin**:- Brand execution at POS (VM, launches, activations)- Leadership of promoters, trade marketing and distributors- Performance analysis and corrective actions- Interaction with regional / global stakeholders**Who we are looking for**- Experience in **watches, jewelry, accessories, fashion or accessible luxury**:- Strong background managing **key retail accounts**:- Hands-on experience with **sell-out, product mix, inventory and pricing**:- Commercial mindset with brand sensitivity- Strong analytical skills- Comfortable working in-store and in the field- **Advanced English****This role is ideal if**- You are a **Key Account Manager** ready to own a brand- You are a **Commercial Manager** tired of coordination-only roles- You want **decision power and real business impact****Work Conditions**- **100% on-site - Mexico City**:- Competitive compensation aligned with seniority**Subject**: Commercial Brand & Key Accounts Lead - Watch IndustryWe are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
