**What the day will look like**
- Is a recognized authority in the I&M industry able to commercialize vertical services through the commercial teams, lead & support the development of the strategic plan for the I&M industry, partnering closely with solution lines, subregions, countries, and our global organization with the main goal to support and own the execution of our I&M Industry strategic plan, Responsible for supervising all strategic and tactical initiatives of Client Experience within I&M industry in LatAm, coordinating priorities that support growth plans and the execution of I&M industry initiatives approved for the Region/Subregions that are presented at the regional level (Latin America) or at the Global leadership level, adjusting them to local reality where applicable and needed. Also work with the ACL Client Experience & Industries Leader LATAM to set strategic Client Experience I&M industry priorities and complete them through a broad range of partners; Support LATAM Commercial team leaders and I&M industry verticals teams in subregions on the development, planning and monitoring of key critical initiatives._
- Client Excellence:_
- _ Building personal and company brand and visibility in the market;_
- _ Supports the country champions for Manufacturing industry revenue growth in the respective markets;_
- _ Oversight and input into the region’s largest clients and new business opportunities ;_
- _ Builds a strategy and drives the plan to accelerate closure of the largest opportunities;_
- _ Connects with AON´s Manufacturing industry authorities to bring standard processes to LATAM;_
- _ Develops and drives a Manufacturing industry marketing plan that demonstrates key events e.g. insight series with support of Marketing team;_
- _ Responsible for building cross solution line Manufacturing industry insight, innovation and thought leadership;_
- _ Provides updates for the intranet industry site, contacts, content, thought leadership etc;_
- _ Meetings with top 5-10 clients and prospect on a yearly basis._
- Client Excellence:_
- _ Building personal and company brand and visibility in the market_
- _ Supports the country champions for I&M industry revenue growth in the respective markets_

- _ Creates a strategy and drives the plan to expedite closure of largest opportunities_
- _ Connects with AON´s I&M industry authorities to bring standard processes to LATAM_
- _ Develops and drives a I&M industry marketing plan that demonstrates key events e.g. insight series with support of Marketing team_
- _ Responsible for creating cross solution line I&M industry insight, innovation and thought leadership - e.g. top issues effecting CHROS, CFO, CRO and RM_
- _ Provides updates for the intranet industry site, contacts, content, thought leadership etc._
- _ Meetings with top 5-10 clients and prospect on a yearly basis_
- Broking Excellence:_
- _ Influence and oversight of the largest I&M industry clients in the region - placement, rollover / retention;_
- _ Develops and maintains close collaboration and working relationship with local broking, SAMs, AEs, the GBC teams, AGRC, Claims teams and the Central Broking team;_
- _ Is part and support customer concern processes with Clients and Risk Carriers;_
- _ Dealmaker skills;_
- _ Drives and supports innovation._
- Team Excellence:_
- _ Has a country I&M industry champion network and is working towards set goals;_
- _ Monthly calls and regular in person meetings with the in-country network to enable communication, share initiatives and innovative solutions, creating a community feeling and build trust;_
- _ Scales through the ‘I&M industry vertical community’ content, insights, client wins etc;_
- _ Contribution to the wider leader industry vertical network and internal communications and promotion of the industry vertical._
- Solution lines:_
- _ Aon Solution line industry knowledge and input, demonstrating comprehensive understanding across all Aon Solution lines;_
- _ Identify key solution line specialist to improve offering for the industry;_
- _ Ensures successful and effective dialogue between solution lines and the industry vertical._
- Operational Excellence:_
- _ Ensure the ‘I&M industry business plan’ is executed as planed with the agreed timelines;_
