Descripción de la empresa“We’re not in the shipping business; we’re in the information business” -Peter Rose, Expeditors FounderGlobal supply chain management is what we do, but at the heart of Expeditors you will find professionalism, leadership, and a friendly environment, all of which foster an innovative, customer service-based approach to logistics.- 18,000 trained professionals- 250+ locations worldwide- Fortune 500- Globally unified systemsDescripción del empleo**Información adicional****Experiência**:2 años de experiência comprobable en posición de atención a clientes en departamentos de aduanas, conocimientos de Aduanas (Pedimentos, Clasificación, Regulaciones y Restricciones Arancelarias, Operaciones de importación) transportación, distribución, otros.Ingles avanzado 75% o masHabilidades destacadas de comunicación verbal y escrita.**Capacitación programada**:4-6 semanas de capacitación y familiarización con la operación, incluyendo visita a otras oficinas y puertos con el objetivo de familiarización de procesos operativos.**Principales Actividades**:- Supervise and administration of operation through Workboard- Update of Standard Operations Process into sharepont- Run and analyze customer KPI- Coordinate revalidation process of AWB and BL- Enter invoices into MASL system- Review and audit of commercial documents through dispatch process- Generate requisition including duties and taxes calculation from MASL system- Follow up import-export process end to endRequisitos**Qualifications**- Independently reviews documents, ensuring these are per legal and fiscal requirements, using a deep knowledge of cross border transactions- Ensure and validates that documents and other compliance obligations fulfill terms & conditions on letters of credit, and/or other commercial agreements- Provides support to other team members and serves as internal escalation point of contact to resolve compliance operations issues, hold and compliance alerts raised by Customs or other PGA, (preferred knowledge of NOM004)- Supports risk assessment trough analyzing data sets and reports- Incoterms 2020 knowledgeInformación adicionalExpeditors offers excellent benefits- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- Training and Personnel Development ProgramAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
