VACANTE PRESENCIAL.**The **Human Resources Assistant** provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other core HR processes, while helping ensure a respectful and professional work environment for all employees.Tasks will consist of:- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.- Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Process and update payroll information, time-off requests, and benefits enrollments as needed.- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, training sessions, and meetings.- Support compliance initiatives, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security.- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.- Making office purchases.**Qualifications**:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.- A proactive and customer-service-oriented mindset.- Emotional Intelligence- Bilingual 100%Ofrecemos todas las prestaciones de ley y contratación inmediata.Se requiere experiência previa.**ENVIAR CV EN INGLÉS****Salary**: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Actualmente ¿resides en Tijuana?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
